Bio:

I’ve always been into working out, but had never considered trying CrossFit due to misconceptions I believed to be true. My wife started at CFZ after our first child was born in 2021 and kept trying to get me to attend a Saturday Partner WOD with her. I finally gave in, and man, it was awesome! Shortly thereafter, I had cancelled my commercial gym membership and was full time at CrossFit Zachary. 5 years later and I am now a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and love the community I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of.

I love the variety that CrossFit brings. Constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements. No two days are the same, and the best part- all you have to do is show up! The program is made and the community is there to cheer you on. The only thing stopping you, is you.

One of my favorite things to do is help someone dial in a movement they’ve been working on. The sense of accomplishment we both feel when it finally clicks is like no other!
