I came to CrossFit because I was looking for something different in my workouts. A friend and coworker told me about it so I thought I would give it a try and loved it.
I didn’t have much expectation or a big impression about it. The first WOD I did was the baseline and I thought it was easy on paper until I actually had to do all the movements. Since then I’ve learned that everything is a process and I can’t be a master of anything over night.
My first big spotlight would be being able to do DU’s within a workout. Currently I’m working on mastering handstands.
My favorite memory would be competing in this year’s Open, which was something I thought I would never be able to do. Getting my first muscle-up was the icing on the cake!
