I began Crossfit a little over a year ago. Prior to Crossfit I was strength training on my own without any direction. After much debate my brother in law, big shout out to Huey Harris, decided to give Crossfit a try! Needless to say I absolutely fell in love with Crossfit!
After participating in foundations and spending sometime in the class setting I knew I wanted to pursue a journey of learning and teaching others Crossfit!
You see,  Crossfit to me means more than a great workout, it actually strengths me mentally, physically, and spiritually! Coming from a past that was full of failures, Crossfit has given me the ability to fight adversity not only in the gym, but in life as well!
I saw around a group of amazing individuals coming together and cheering each other on, “embracing the suck” and getting better all the time! So, the door opened for me to pursue my Crossfit level 1 and I dove in, head first and haven’t looked back! I attended the level 1 seminar in October 2015, and I passed!

Which was the first step in a long but fulfilling journey! I actually like learning this stuff!
I am married to an amazing wife who supports me, and I have two kids! Isabella 9 and Ayden 1 and a half! And one more due in March, without their love this passion would have never come to pass!
