    The New Coach On The Block

    Luke is originally from Tucson, Arizona and developed a love for movement and sport early on in life while participating in football, soccer, track and field and boxing when he was growing up.  It didn’t take Luke long to discover a love for the weight room during his strength and conditioning programs for high school sports.  His love of strength and conditioning lead him to find the CrossFit Main Site in 2006 while preparing to enter the Marine Corps during high school.  Luke continued to train CrossFit on and off during his five-year career in the Marines. 

    After leaving active duty, Luke obtained his Level One Certification and began to explore all the different physical disciplines that CrossFit incorporates individually.   He has spent many hours studying gymnastics, weightlifting, powerlifting, and kettlebell training while also attending Southeastern Louisiana University to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology concentrated in exercise science.    

    Luke is passionate about helping others reclaim their health, fitness, and freedom of movement.  He believes that the body is fearfully and wonderfully made and that our ability to move is a God-given gift that we should take advantage of while we are able and that physical training enhances our ability to enjoy and experience life. 

    You can catch Luke coaching the 6:30 am and 9:00 am classes on Monday-Wednesday-Friday.
