Want to know about the most complex movement in all things fitness? Burpees! Complex in the matter of having to swallow the thought of doing 100 burpees on top of three, four, or five other movements. I know you fear when you check the WOD for the next day and hope there are no burpees programmed.
We want you to know that we do not program burpees as a punishment (unless you earned them for being late). When we make you do burpees for being late, its really to help you catch up with the rest of the class during the warm-up. The movement is so simplistic almost an art form, until you start getting into seventy plus burpees. However, there are many benefits to the movement.
