Small Groups and Personal Training


CrossFit Zachary offers individualized private training sessions and individual programming to anyone interested in one-on-one coaching. One-on-one coaching affords the individual the opportunity to become better at lifts they may have difficulty performing, weak areas that may need more attention or simply wanting a more personal training environment.
