    CrossFit Zachary offers individualized private training sessions to anyone interested in one-on-one coaching. One-on-one coaching affords the individual the opportunity to become better at lifts they may have difficulty performing, weak areas that may need more attention or simply wanting a more personal training environment.     Perfect for those with limited time schedules but are looking to step up their fitness game and get some intense, sweat time in. Give us 30 minutes, we will specially design an effective, efficient full-body workout for you. *3 month commitment required. All packages expire 6 weeks from date of first training session. We offer a 10% discount when 3 months is paid in full at start.
