1.What brought you to CrossFit in the first place?
I started CrossFit in January 2011. My friend convinced me to go try it by describing it as one of the most difficult and awesome work out he’s done.
2.What was your first impression? How has that changed?
Wow, I’m out of shape but I need to do this more.
3.What was your first “bright spot, (PR)?
RX’d Jackie. First time doing unassisted pull ups.
4.What are you working on now?
Consistent muscle ups and stamina while lifting heavy during Metcons
5.What’s your favorite CrossFit Zachary memory?
That day double unders “clicked”
