Jason and I found CrossFit Zachary when were looking for a different type of workout that we could share. We wanted a program, not like a conventional gym membership where would be left to figure things out on our own.
When I first started, I was somewhat intimidated and not sure I could keep up with the class. When I realized I didn’t have to “keep up” with anyone or a program, I discovered that I love to challenge myself.
My first highlight or “personal record” was when I could do 5 push-ups without resting! My next goal is 5 pull-ups!
