    How/Why did you start CrossFit Zachary?
    I started CrossFit Zachary, because I was tired of going to Anytime Fitness. I have played basketball my whole life, and I needed a new routine. I actually found out about CFZ while I was getting my iPhone screen fixed. I saw the business cards and checked out the website.

    First CrossFit WOD?
    I don’t really remember my 1st WOD. All I remember is feeling like I had to throw up afterwards!

    What has improved since starting CFZ?
    I feel like all my olympic movements and flexibility (slightly) have improved. Also, my desire to physically fit and my cardio endurance.

    How has CF not changed my life?!
    It has changed it tremendously! I am literally stronger than I’ve been in a while. I’m doing things I’ve never done before, and I’m actually doing my 1st competition. I’m also meeting so many new people at CFZ and I love it!

    Do you have a favorite WOD or movement?
    My fav WOD is Annie! My fav moves are pull ups and T2B.

    What are your short-term and long-term CF Goals?
    STG-Get better at rope climbing and heavy deadlifts. LTG-Continue sculpting my body cause it’s fun! I love the changes 🙂

    What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?
    Most people don’t know that I love to snow ski and ice skate.
