The Crossfit classes I have been to since the beginning of the year have been very hard, but they have made working out, school, and my whole life in general easier. My life has been positively influenced by Crossfit.
Not only does Crossfit help you physically, but mentally as well. I have had a few B’s on my report card, after a few weeks of Crossfit, I made all A’s. In P.E., it was the pull up test in our class and I actually did a couple more than I normally do. So, I think Crossfit is amazing.
