Here is the challenge. Starting November 1st. you start with 30 air squats. Day 2, you add 5 more squat. The rep scheme is listed on the featured image. We will also have the days listed with the rep scheme listed on the board.If you are new to exercise, please follow the video below and listen to the proper instruction to the air squat.
